COVERED: Your Mercury ATS is covered under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year shipping not included. The date is calculated by the date of delivery to the first buyer.
NOT COVERED: Warranty does not extend if your Mercury ATS has been subjected to damage from natural causes such as lightning, water, fire, and other catastrophes. The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation or application and not in accordance with the operating specifications.
When sending in the Mercury ATS for service, please pack it carefully, in the original box and packing materials. Please include a note with your name, address, and e-mail or phone number, that clearly describes the problem. When the Tuner is returned to the factory and an examination of the Mercury ATS discloses in KM3KM’s judgment to have been defective during the Warranty Period, it will be repaired and shipped back at no cost to the customer. However, if it is not due to failure in manufacturing, materials, or workmanship, the customer will be charged for parts and shipping.
Please note that we will not charge labor for any repair after the warranty expires. The customer will pay for parts and shipping after the warranty expires. This will also apply to secondhand Mercury ATS.
Return Policy: You have 10 calendar days to return from the date you received your Mercury ATS. Returning the Mercury ATS within 10 Days of receiving, will incur a 0% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your Mercury ATS must be in the original packaging; you must have the receipt or proof of purchase. NO RETURNS after 10 Days of receiving Mercury ATS.
Refunds: We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the Mercury ATS, if found to be damaged it will be at the discretion of KM3KM what the amount to repair the Mercury ATS will be, and deducted from the refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on PayPal and your credit issuer’s policies.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for warrantee repair or returning your item for a refund. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
