Warranty

Your mercuryIIIS is covered under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery including shipping. KM3KM Electronics LLC warrants the mercuryIIIS to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Your mercuryIIIS is tested and inspected before shipping to be 100% free of design and manufacturing defects and that everything works as described.

Warrantee is not transferable as indicated in the Terms and Conditions.

Warranty does not cover if your mercuryIIIS has been subjected to damage from natural causes such as lightning, water, flood, fire, power surges and other catastrophes. Also, not covered is damage caused by user due to improper installation, application, vandalism, modifications or overdriving beyond the accordance of the operating specification, as determined by internal logging system.

KM3KM Electronics LLC warrants that the LDMOS device is NEW from manufacturer and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal application, for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the first buyer, subject to the exclusions and limitations set out below.

LDMOS failure due to operator error, during operation or installation and device failure due to improper use as determined solely by KM3KM Electronics LLC with the internal logging system installed in the software, will be replaced at the cost of the customer, note that we will not charge labor to replace LDMOS or any other repair during or after the warranty expires. FREE Labor will also apply to second hand MERCURY PRODUCT owners.

When sending in the MERCURY PRODUCT for service, please pack it carefully, preferably in the original box and packing materials, improper packaging that causes damage during shipping that needs repair is solely the responsibility of the customer that packed and shipped the product.KM3KM will send you a shipping label during the warrantee period. Please include a note with your name, address, e-mail and phone number, that clearly describes the problem.

 When the amplifier is returned to the factory and an examination of the mercuryIIIS discloses solely in KM3KM’ s judgement to have been defective during the Warranty Period, it will be repaired and shipped back at no cost to the costumer. However, if it is deemed that the failure is not due to manufacturing, material or workmanship the costumer will be charged for parts return and original shipping.

By purchasing KM3KM equipment, the Purchaser declares his acceptance of the above Warranty Terms.
